Jon Kovach Jr. is an award-winning and international motivational speaker and global mastermind leader.
Jon has helped billion-dollar corporations, Coldwell Banker Commercial, and globally present organizations like outdoor retailer Cotopaxi, the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), and Merchant Solutions Services, exceed their annual sales goals.
In his work as an accountability coach and mastermind facilitator, Jon has helped thousands of professionals overcome their challenges, get unstuck, and achieve their goals by implementing his Irrefutable Laws of High Performance.
Jon is the CEO and Chairman of Champion Circle Professional Association.
Jon is one of the youngest professionally certified and active Mastermind Facilitators and leaders in the world.

He also stars on various podcasts, TV, Radio, and live-hour shows as a host, emcee, entertainer, trainer, and keynote speaker. Jon is known for his start in the speaking and emcee world with his hilarious and relatable childhood entrepreneurial story of starting a local Disc Jockey company at the young age of 16 years old, only because he hated the music that DJs were playing for youth in the ‘90s and early 2000s.
Jon began his professional career after transitioning from a Division I college athlete competing in the decathlon, a track and field event that includes 10 running, jumping, and throwing events over two days. Jon’s motivational messages have been viewed by over 1 million people online. His positive messages have trended, and his voice has been used by global brands on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, notably by: Red Bull, Michael Bublé, the NHL, Powell Books, GoDaddy Studio, Canada’s Wonderland Amusement Park, and even the LSU Cheer Team.
Jon graduated with his bachelor’s degree in business communications & public relations Cum Laude from Utah Valley University, where he was elected vice president of PRSSA as one of the top ten students in the country to represent the professional transition of students in communication and journalism into the world and practice of Public Relations. Jon was nationally ranked and awarded the President’s Citation and the Golden Key leadership award.
William Blake

William is a speaker and motivator. He focuses on the skill sets of learning, listening, and observing to help people access new avenues of success and solutions. What might seem like regular everyday skills that most overlook, William teaches people how to find creative ways of accessing those skills.
William Blake is a stalwart professional in the world of organization, strategy, and methods. Being diagnosed with Dyslexia at a young age and struggling with reading and speaking, William is an example that through perseverance, any challenge can become a superpower.
William is the owner of his own coaching and speaker business that specializes in helping individuals reclaim their power through belief, inspiration, and empowerment. He is also one of the chapter team leaders and corporate associates at Champion Circle Networking Association founded by Speaker Jon Kovach Jr..
From speaking youth to being a camp counselor at Idaho Diabetes Youth Programs, William loves volunteering and helping children and teens believe in themselves and their unlimited potential. And of most importance to William is his love for his family. With his wife, he is dedicated to raising his daughters in a world of greatness, happiness, and unlimited belief.
Lauren Cobb
Vice President of Member Services
Lauren Cobb is a wife to her amazing and supportive husband Tyler. A mother to 3 beautiful daughters who’ve taught her more in the last 12 years than she has learned in the first 23 years of her life.
At a young age Lauren knew she had a lot of ambition and drive. As she became an adult, she knew that entrepreneurship was her passion and thankfully married someone who supported that! Together with Ty they own a graphic and media design company that they’ve built from the ground up. Growing and seeing the successes from their own efforts has been one of the most rewarding experiences!
Self-development and leadership have been a big part of Lauren’s life since she was 14. She traveled and taught leadership to youth across the country throughout her high school years. She knows first-hand how self-development is crucial to success in life. Knowing who you are and finding your purpose and passion is important.
As Lauren and her husband Ty are building their businesses and seeking a network and friends who are aligned with their values, they’ve found in Champion Circle and learned how to properly mastermind. Lauren is a member of the corporate executive team at Champion Circle Networking Association, founded and led by Jon Kovach Jr. Masterminds have changed her life and their business for the better.
Ian Stermer
VP of Strategy & Education
Ian is a best selling author, serial entrepreneur, corporate trainer, and business coach. He cut his teeth in the hospitality industry where he gained a love of helping people smile a little more.
Ian has spoken before thousands from New York to San Francisco to Hong Kong. His decades of real-world experience and his unique perspective on life have made him a popular speaker with businesses, civic groups, and professional organizations.
He has created training programs on customer service for some of the top hotels in the world, including the Mandarin Oriental and Marriott Hotels. Solopreneurs, salespeople, and small businesses have sought his expertise in training themselves and their staff on customer service, sales, and creating collaborative partnerships. He is currently teaching courses on financial literacy and how to use humor to reduce stress and improve sales.
Ian has facilitated small business and entrepreneurship workshops ranging from improving skills and mastering new techniques to mindset shifts and leadership training. His unique method of coaching has helped numerous business owners improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Ian has successfully started and run businesses in the Customer Service, Human Resources, Business Coaching, and Finance Industries. He has turned around failing businesses and created new growth markets for existing businesses.
He currently runs Nicer Business Consulting, a consulting firm helping small business startups, and is on the Executive Team for Champion Circle, a networking association that provides high-performance-based networking activities to create connection capital and increased prosperity for professionals.
Aside from business, Ian is most passionate about his family. Nothing is more important than building a happy and healthy family. No other success in life will compensate for failure in the home.
